Trader Service

Trader manages trader devices, bank profiles and payment requisites, returns a requisite for an incoming payment, processes bank notifications, and gives traders their operations, balances and disputes.

Component Responsibility
Core trader profiles, wallets, commissions, and the first routing stage
Business receives merchant requests and passes payments to the provider
Trader devices, bank profiles, requisites, selection, and automatic confirmation
Rate rates used to convert currencies
SMS Gate delivery of SMS and push notifications from trader devices
Merchant request
-> Core selects the traders allowed for the merchant
-> operation created
-> a requisite is issued to the payer
-> customer transfers the amount
-> the device forwards the bank notification
-> a parser extracts the amount and matches the operation
-> the operation is approved and the merchant is notified

Trader selection has two stages, and each one has to succeed:

  1. Core filters the traders listed in the merchant gateway by method, direction, currency, main balance and general limits.
  2. Trader picks an active device and requisite by bank, amount, daily limits, concurrent operations, and equal-amount conflicts.

A trader can also approve or decline the operation by hand in the trader app instead of waiting for a notification.

Payouts do not select a requisite. Core holds the payout amount and commission on the merchant wallet, hands the task to a trader, and the trader uploads a payment receipt. Core then settles the payout: the trader’s main wallet is credited with the payout amount and the income wallet with the provider commission. A decline returns the held funds to the merchant.

Every trader has three wallets in Core:

Wallet Purpose
main working balance, charged by payins and credited by payouts
deposit collateral drawn on by disputes
income trader commission earned on approved operations

Request and response formats are documented in the API reference.
